It is a used for all intermittent and continuous flow "on line" automatic pouch packing machines. wrapping machine, blister pack machine, vertical & horizontal FFS machines, It runs on a stepper motor with programmable logic controller (PLC) with 6 digit counter having sophisticated LED displays. It has ten batch counter memories, which can be verified whenever required. Once preset is done for the length of pouch, circumference of print Roller and number of printing stereo required, it will operate automatically & synchronise it self to the speed of parental machine. Moreover, it displays the linear speed of web (Meter/ minute) & keeps in track with pace of the parental machine.
